About the Programme: The Early Bird Internship Programme has been designed for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and contribute to our mission. The primary objective of the Early Bird Internship Programme is to equip interns with practical skills and knowledge that will enhance their employability. Interns will work closely with our dedicated staff, gaining exposure to various aspects of our operations and contributing to different projects.

General Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism and Mass Communication, or Social Sciences)
• Good Command over English language
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of/Interest in China and East Asia is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Early Bird Intern, you will be responsible for

• Assisting staff with various administrative tasks
• Organizing events, including drafting emails and letters, managing Zoom meetings, and designing promotional materials (banners, flyers and reels) using Canva.
• Conducting data mining for fundraising initiatives.
• Creating engaging content for newsletters, event mailings, social media platforms, and website
• Social media management to increase outreach and engagement.
• Editing and proofreading materials to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Travel allowance will be provided

Period of internship: 3 months

The interns have to dedicate 4 hours each working day.
