ICS Analysis

This paper attempts to look at the Japanese Partnership for Quality Infrastructure vis-à-vis the One Belt One Road initiative of China and the Indian responses to this initiative in view of its several challenges. It also makes an attempt to analyze the prospects of the PQI taking into consideration the proliferation of various infrastructure initiatives in Asia.
