OUYANG GUOXING

Dr. Ouyang has being working as an associate researcher at Hainan Institute for World Watch (HIWW) since July 2012. He graduated from International Relations from Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), Sichuan University, and got his PhD of International Maritime Law in Hainan Academy of Social Sciences.  Now, he is the vice-director of Center for Regional Cooperation and Development Research Centre of HIWW and his research and publications are mainly focus on Sino-Indian relations, regional economic integration and China’maritime strategy. He was associated with ICS from December 2014- February 2015.
