Jelvin Jose is a Young Leader at Pacific Forum and an Integrated Masters' candidate at the Central University of Pondicherry, India. Prior to joining ICS, he worked at National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Bangalore and Nepal Institute for International Cooperation and Engagement.
