Stéphanie Balme is Professor and research fellow at Sciences Po/PSIA-CERI. She is also an academic advisor for China and Eastern Asia. Currently she is a visiting Professor at the Tsinghua University Law School. She has lived in China for more than 10 years and her publications appear in French, English and Chinese.
