On 2 April 2024, a delegation of five scholars from the Shanghai Institute of International Studies (SIIS), People's Republic of China visited the Institute of Chinese Studies, New Delhi. The delegation was led by Prof. Chen Dongxiao, President, SIIS, and comprised Prof. Yu Hongyuan, Prof. Liu Zongyi, Prof. Wang Yuzhu, and Mrs. Li Hongmei. The ICS was represented by Prof. Alka Acharya, Honorary Director, ICS, senior Fellows, and a team of Research Associates, Assistants and Interns. Furthermore, research scholars from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi were also present. The visit included a fruitful discussion on various aspects of India-China relations, and witnessed a productive exchange of views between the delegates and the participants.
