ICS Working papers

The paper is a report of the 11th Interethnic/Interfaith Leadership (IIL) Conference was held from 28th April 2016 till 1st May 2016 in Dharamshala, India. The series of such Conferences have been organised by “Initiatives for China/Citizen Power for China” a grassroots movement started by Yang Jianli, with a common objective of devising ways for peaceful transition to democracy in China. The theme for this year’s conference was “Strengthening our Alliance to Advance the People’s Dream: Freedom, Justice, Equality and Peace”.
