If the current assessment of Sino-Indian relations is deemed, ex-ante, a mutually exclusive, zero-sum exercise between two rising and competing powers, it falters on a basic premise in that the present is not a frozen reality. The present, as a moment in time, is part of the continual dawning of the future.
