The recent developments of Chinese start-ups and technology companies  have become possible because of the unique character of Chinese society and largely because of the innovative approach of the Chinese companies. Compared to their Western counterpart, Chinese companies have achieved the milestones in relatively less period.The article elucidates the various innovative measure adopted by Chinese companies. The article attempts to investigate the lacklustre performance of Western companies in China. It has also scrutinised the allegations of the high handedness of the Chinese government when it comes to implementation of patents law.
