Megna Suresh was a Research Intern at the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS), Delhi. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Geopolitics and International Relations from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. She has completed her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from Central University of Kerala. For her academic requirements in her Masters, she worked on several papers including Probable Cold -War in the Indo-Pacific Region: US-China Relations as a Case in point and US-USSR, Balance of Power in the Cold War and post-Cold War- A Comparative Study. Her research interests are Geopolitics of East Asia and South East Asia, the Geopolitical Imperative of the Indian Ocean, the Changing dynamics of the Indo-Pacific, the Concept of Soft Power, the Geopolitical Importance of Korean Peninsula, and India’s Foreign Policy Orientations.
