Dr. Hoang The Anh is a Senior Researcher at Institute of Chinese Studies, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences with 25 years of experience studying China. He has held the position of Vice Director- General of the Institute of Chinese Studies at the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences for 10 years and is currently also the Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam's Chinese Studies Review.
This volume is an attempt to develop a more nuanced understanding of China`s foreign, security and economic policies by bringing together perspectives from two of its most important neighbours, India and Vietnam.
